Indie game dev on 4chan has been working on this project for about a year now. I'm not really into weeb games, but there are a number of things I like about this one that I think make it really clever.
The basic story is that you're a yandere who develops a crush on her Senpai. Unfortunately, there are other girls who are interested in Senpai and plan on confessing to him. The objective of the game is to murder all the other girls without getting caught.
Features include:
Yandere meter. When you kill a girl, you get a crazed look on your face. To make it go away, you have to either look at pictures that you take of Senpai or laugh maniacally.
Panties give you power-ups. To get different power-ups, you have to change your panties.
To prevent the player from killing Senpai, you get embarrassed when you get too close to him and you can't run or attack.
Take upskirt shots and sell them for information about girls you want to kill.
Etc.

Been keeping up with this. The dev updates regularly, and even if the game ends up being total shit, the updates have been super entertaining.
The game is getting really dark, too, like some kind of Junji Ito shit.
