So I had to partake in a training program about this very topic a few months back. The online course did not provide a single citation to back its claims, but indicated that the sources of any of the information it laid claim to would be available pending an email inquiry. Soooooo, of course I sent a stream of emails asking for information, countering their statements with information from peer reviewed reports. The crowning jewel was their claim that only 2% of rapes were false accusations. The only source for this was a Supreme Court case, and the note was debunked about 20 years ago. Peer reviewed journal reports seem to range from 10 to about 33 percent of all rapes are falsely reported. I happened to be listening to Tom Leykis at the time and sent him a link to the course, although no login. No one ever responded though.
