I don't even really disagree w him that putting up Indian statues amongst a hodgepodge of other paraphernalia to seem holistic / spiritual is silly, but don't start with the "dear white people". Has this guy ever been to a smoke / crystal shop in LA?

I respect Bill Nye for all he has done to try to elicit an interest in the sciences in kids so that they are not devoid of intellectual curiosity and a basic understanding the way the world works. But ever since he started ball gobbling Montsanto and is now trying to associate scientific thought with political ideology is very disappointing.
I am okay with scientists stating political opinions, as long as it is clearly stated as opinion (like Neil DeGrasse Tyson). I'm okay with scientists running for office. But this ultimately very unscientific neo-Marxist conflict theory bullshit has no place in intellectual discourse, just as creationism has no place in a physics class.
