Upgrade:
Reload, clip size, damage
if specific damage a point or two into resistance or life regen w rocket



Pyro:
stock (try Phlogistinator)
detonator
axestinguisher

Upgrade
ammo, damage / health on kill / resistances


Demo:
stock both
any melee that you can switch / doesn't take away your max hp

upgrade:
sticky bomb reload speed, clip size, health on kill
resistances as necessary


Heavy:
Stock
sammich
urgent gloves

upgrade:
ammo, target penetration, health on kill, projectile kill
resistance as needed
crit canteens if can do


Engie:
wrench, southern, or jag
frontier justice! (rescue ranger if you're REALLY good)

upgrade wrench, metal stock, building health, range, gun attack speed
one point in blast damage at least
increase dispenser range, two way teleporter if nasty scouts are a pain
dont bother with mini sentry unless you're doing really well


Medic:

ubersaw

upgrade:
canteen with uber (not kritz)
when you use a canteen, you DONT NEED to keep healing your target
just activate the uber while healing, then switch to ubersaw to get your kritz charged
heal speed
move speed, resistances


Sniper: (generally don't play)
Hitman's Heatmaker
Jarate
melee any

Upgrade:
Jarate
Headshot explosion
Damage
health regen maybe


Spy: (generally don't play)
Knife (any but eternal reward, prob not icicle)
gun any
sappers all same
dead ringer

Upgrade:
Sapper (if you sap a big robot, it only slows them no dmg, sap medic groups first)
speed, health, stab speed, armor pen
resistance as necessary

robots cant detect you when disguised, they dont spy check, but they will notice when you sap or backstab
