Looks like it was drawn originally by "A. Juau Fecit"(?) circa 1857, but I see it listed everywhere as "unknown artist". Who can read that super tiny low rez text? I hope I can one day draw a cartoon that horrifies a child 100 years later via a completely unimaginable medium by todays standards. Perhaps telepathy. Maybe I've already drawn the picture and now I have to be patient.
