I think it would be possible to make an intuitive, immersive, and challenging puzzle platformer that gives the gamer only audio cues to indicate what's around him and requires no more trial and error than game of the same nature with video would. There could be a set of five to ten core sounds that are varied in terms of pitch and volume to indicate size and proximity of imminent pitfalls, overhead platforms, and other environmental objects/hazards.

How hard would it be to make this?
